Sentech Strengthens Sensor Portfolio with Acquisition of Assets of Xensor, LLC

Willow Grove, PA - Sentech, Inc., a portfolio company of Astor Place Holdings, today announced that it has acquired the assets of Xensor, LLC., a leading provider of advanced position measurement sensor solutions based in Hatfield, PA.

Established in 1965, Xensor designs and manufactures motion sensors primarily used in factory automation and general industrial applications. They have been serving motion monitoring and control markets for over 50 years.

This acquisition reinforces Sentech's commitment to grow its industrial portfolio by expanding innovative solutions to its global customer base. Xensor brings to Sentech a wealth of expertise in numerous magnetic position technologies including Hall Effect, Inductive Pickup, and Proximity sensors. By integrating Xensor's capabilities into its own, Sentech aims to further solidify its position as a leader in state-of-the-art sensor technologies.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The businesses expect to consolidate operations in Sentech’s state of the art Willow Grove, PA facility in the second quarter of 2024.
